Working as a 3rd Line SysAdmin for Pulsant (http://www.pulsant.com) within the Managed Hosting team I deal with a wide variety of support queries as well as assisting deployments of new software technologies on a daily basis.

Quite often I come across situations where there is little to no documentation and so this blog site was born. It’ll serve as a reference for myself but will hopefully help some other poor souls who may run into similar situations.
